the movie i chose to view this week was To Kill A Mocking Bird i feeel like the movie was very well done Gregory Peck was well chossen to play the role of Atticus Finch. he brought the character to life in so many diffferent ways . He really made the movie transform from a best salen novel to a excellent film.
the director did a very good job a chosen his characters for this film i also feel like the producer picked the right place as the setting of the movie. the setting really add alot to the movie to me without the setting i dont think the movie would have been as great.
some symbols that stood out to me was the apple tree in the film i feel like it symbolized all the obstacles in the film and how they where finally dissovled.
i also feel like the movie had a very powerful message about how blacks where treated in that time period evem though slavery was over and racsim . there still wasnt equality amongst people.
i think this movie was choosen for the top 100 because its just all around well done. i would recommend it to anyone who loves a movie with a strong positive message.

lovely bones
The movie I chose to review this week was the Lovely Bones. I feel like the movie was very well directed . Ialso feel like the actors that where chosen for the movie were very well chosen, they made the movie seem very real.
Stanley Tucci was perfectly chosen for his supporting role in the Lovely Bones. I felt like he truly lost himself in his role.Tucci played the role of the mysterious neighbor from down the street who no one would suspect to be a killer because of his kindness and he likes to stay to himself. However, that's his way of luring little girls to his death chambers. He would build this contraptions that he knew would excite them and then lure them in and kill them.
Saoirse Ronan in her leading role as Susie Salmon was breath taking. she put her all into this part. i felt her every emotion in the movie. She truly lost herself in this role she was Susie Salmon. She was also perfectly chosen for the charcter she played. to me she seemed like she would be the artistic photographer type like she played in the movie.
I feel like the setting of the movie was dead on the for the mood of the movie like the under ground space Tucci built to lure Ronan in. and also the way Tucci house was set up how it was dark . And how he had a passion for build doll house which was a replica of the young girls he would kill. i also felt like the costumes and make-up where also well done in the film.
The first thing that i noticed about the film was the setting i feel like that was the best component of the film. i also truly feel like this could be add to the American Film Institute list. the Lovely Bones was an excellent movie i would recommend it to everyone especially if you want to loose yourself in a movie.

MOVIE BLOG
THE MOVIE THAT I CHOOSE TO DO MY BLOG ON IS GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER . THE Director and producer OF THE MOVIE (STANLEY KRAMER) TO ME DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT CHOOSING HIS LEADING ACTORS SIDNEY POITIER AND KATHARINE HEPBURN. I ALSO FEEL LIKE he did a good job at depicting the scence of the movie it created a very good visual for the audience to see and be able to relate to the movie.
TO ME POITIER AND HEPBURN WHERE VERY BELIEVABLE AS A COUPLE THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE TWO WAS EXCELLENT IT CAME THROUGH THE SCREEN IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS WATCHING SOMEONE LIVE OUT THIER REAL LIFE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I ALSO FEEL LIKE THE SUPPORTING ACTORS WHERE WELL CHOSEN .
THE FIRST THING I NOTICED ABOUT THE MOVIE WAS HOW WELL POITIER AND HEPBURN CHEMISTRY FROM THE BEGINNIG. THE ELEMENTS THAT CONTRIBUTED TO MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE FILM WAS THE SETTTING OF HOW SHE WAS SO IN LOVE WITH THIS ARICAN AMERICAN MAN SHE BROUGHT HIM HOME TO MEET HER PARENT THE HUMOROUS ELEMENTS ALSO KEPT MR INTISED IN THE FILM. I FEEL LIKE THE REMAKE GUESS WHO WITH BERNIE MAC AND ASHTON KUTOUR WAS PRETTY BAD COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL. I THINK THIS FILM WAS ADD TO THE TOP ONE HUNDRED BECAUSE OF ITS ORIGINALITY AND HOW THE DIRECTOR MIXED COMEDY WITH DRAMATIC SCENES AS WELL IS WHAT ALLOWED THIS FILM TO BE A PART OF THE TOP ONE HUNDRED LIST.
I RECOMMEND TO FILM TO ANYONE WHO ENJOYS MOVIE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO LAUGH BUT ALSO CRY AT THE SAMETIME.
